On January 3, 2026, the USA carried out a unique operation. They managed to arrest Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores and transport them from Caracas to New York.
We are a state governed by the rule of law; government of the people means government by law. Ensuring our security must be conducted according to established rules. Otherwise, we may find ourselves in a situation where the executive branch undertakes certain actions, only to be prevented by the legislative and judicial branches. The result would be complete inaction.
Our mission is to educate a wide range of participants, from IT specialists and managers to creatively talented individuals, university and secondary school students, as well as civil servants.
